All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please double-check your size before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bnails.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.
Shipping Issues
BNAILS is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Custom & VIP Orders
Custom-designed nails and VIP top-up purchases are non-refundable once the order is placed or credit is activated.
